This Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases on Arep Academy (academy.arep.sa). It is provided in line with the Saudi E-Commerce Law. To request a cancellation or refund, email reach@arep.sa.
1. Digital courses and exam-preparation tools
Our video courses and exam-preparation tools are digital content delivered immediately. Once you have accessed any part of a course or tool, the purchase is final and non-refundable. If you have purchased a course but not yet accessed any part of it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, in line with your right of withdrawal under the Saudi E-Commerce Law.
2. In-person workshops — if you cancel
If you book a workshop and need to cancel, the following applies based on how far in advance you notify us:
7 or more days before the workshop: full refund.
3 to 6 days before: 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours before, or not attending without notice (no-show): no refund.
3. In-person workshops — if we cancel or reschedule
If we need to cancel or change the date of a workshop, we will offer you a place on the next available session at no extra cost. If no alternative session is suitable for you, or none is available, you will receive a full refund.
4. How to request a refund
Email reach@arep.sa from the email linked to your account, with your order details and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional information to process it.
5. How and when refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method, as soon as possible and within the period required by law (normally up to 14 days). Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside our control.
6. Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Saudi E-Commerce Law, consumer-protection rules, or other applicable Saudi laws.
