What does "lifetime access" mean?
You can access a course you purchased for as long as Arep operates the platform and continues to offer that course. If we ever retire a course, we'll give you reasonable notice in advance.
Can I get a refund on a course?
Courses are digital content. Once you have accessed any part of a course, the purchase is final and non-refundable. If you bought a course but haven't accessed any part of it, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
How do workshops work, and what if I need to cancel?
Workshops are in-person sessions at host universities or research centers, with limited seats. If you cancel 7+ days before, you get a full refund; 3–6 days before, 50%; and under 48 hours or a no-show, no refund. If we cancel or reschedule, we'll offer you the next available session or a full refund if none of them suit you.
How do I pay, and are prices VAT-inclusive?
Prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are handled by a licensed payment provider; we don't store your full card details, and you'll receive a tax invoice.
