IntermediateRNA extraction is a liquid-phase separation technique used to isolate high-quality total RNA from cultured cells. Using TRIzol reagent, cellular components are lysed and separated into aqueous, interphase, and organic layers. RNA is then precipitated, washed, and dissolved for downstream molecular applications such as cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, qPCR, RNA sequencing, and RNase protection assays.
